• If traveling in the west-bound lane of Hwy-278
  • Go to mile marker 3 in Paulding County (mile marker 3 is just west of the Paulding Airport)
• The next right-turn is Willow Springs Road (Willow Springs and the the Paulding Airport are about a 1/2-mile apart)
• Follow the curvy, wooded Willow Springs road for about 1.7-miles until you see a Grave Yard on the right
• Take the next left after the grave yard onto McPherson Church Rd.
• Travel on McPherson Church Rd for about a mile and the Silver Comet Trail will cross over McPherson Church Road
• The trailhead parking is on the right-side of the road
